Michael Sheren


Michael Sheren is a graduate of George Washington University and holds multiple master's degrees in finance, economics, philosophy and public policy from Harvard Business School, London School of Economics, and New York University. Since 2013, Michael Sheren has served as Senior Advisor to the Bank of England, advising top management on policy, governance, oversight and research in the UK and European financial markets. As a representative of the Bank of England, he worked with China on the G20 green finance research team. In addition, he actively participates in the fields of finance technology and digital finance. Prior to joining the Bank of England, he had 25 years of experience in debt capital markets, focusing on the commercial debt structure, distribution and trading of international financial institutions.

Simon Zadek

Simon Zadek is also a senior fellow at DSM and a visiting professor at Singapore Management University. As a Visiting Fellow at Oxford Martin College in Oxford, he not only documents his research experience of systemic changes in global financial markets, but also continuously ponders on how Oxford Martin Institute can better support research on systemic solutions. In addition, he is a visiting scholar at the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, a senior fellow at the Institute for International Sustainability and a distinguished senior fellow at the Institute of Business and Social Studies, and a member of the Advisory Committee of the industry's leading sustainable investment fund, the Generation Investment Management Company. He founded AccountAbility, an international think tank, and served as its CEO until 2009. Before that, he was the development director of the New England Economic Foundation, a co-founder of the Ethics Organization and a steering committee member of the Global Reporting Initiative.



Not only that, Simon Zadek's book is quite good, "The Civil Corporation" by the American Institute of Management as "the best social management books"; published in the "Harvard Business Review" article "The road to corporate responsibility" is widely cited in understanding Emergency strategy of enterprises in sustainable development. He advises companies around the world on sustainable development and recently concluded work in China.
